We provide training, advice and coaching in basic Te Reo and Tikanga Māori (Māori language and protocols). The approach is customisable depending on the unique needs of the organisation. Whether individual coaching, small or large group professional development training, most options can be considered. Typical delivery formats are:

• 1, 2 or 3-day workshops (6hrs per day)

• On a marae (ideal) or at the company’s head office

• Or other feasible training format by negotiation

Well suited to project scenarios, CQ Solutions provides services with skills and advice around effective engagement & interrelations with Māori. We mediate engagements with Iwi Māori, provide cultural safety and awareness presentations, and advise best practice methods across all Māori settings.

We assist on the ground, guiding business leaders/staff through typical Māori welcoming and farewell ceremonies as well as site blessings, Māori hui (meetings), and provide iwi liaison consultation, engagement and coordination support.
